Some may be excited for 3D Print Week, hitting New York City next week, but something even more savory will be taking place in the Netherlands on April 21: the 3D Food Printing Conference. As far as I’m aware, this is the first conference devoted entirely to the art and science of 3D printing food.
Every nook and cranny of the day will be filled with delicious discussions on 3D food printing, led by numerous players in the industry. Food printing pioneer, Jeffrey Lipton, one of individuals behind the Fab@Home 3D printer, will be there to discuss his company, Seraph Robotics, and his research in the field. …
