Sciaky, Inc., subsidiary of Phillips Service Industries, Inc. (PSI), is known for its large-scale Electron Beam Additive Manufacturing (EBAM) metal 3D printers, which it has been implementing for use in aerospace projects for quite some time. Only recently, however, has the Chicago-based company begun selling these systems, opening up the world of large-scale metal 3D printing to those who can afford it. Today, those sales will ramp up significantly, as the company has made a structured reseller agreement with EFESTO, LLC to sell their EBAM systems, as well as their metal printing services, abroad to “targeted countries and named accounts”.…
