There has been a lot of hubbub about 3D printed footwear, with everyone from Nike to New Balance exploring the technology. As far as I can tell, however, these firms are still piloting the idea of 3D printed shoes and we’ve yet to see the trend to slip onto the feet of ordinary consumers. This holds true today as the latest brand to jump into the printed footwear race, Under Armour, launches its own limited production 3D printed shoe line.
