Last night, iMakr cut the ribbon on its brand new 3D printing store in Central Manhattan, firmly establishing itself as a powerful 3D printing chain, with locations in London and, now, New York.
The grand opening, which began with a line that queued up before the doors were open, saw a number of industry players and members of the 3D printing community, as well as those just generally interested in what the technology is all about. Michele Marchesan, Chief Opportunity Officer of 3D Systems was present, with the company showing off their now famous 3D printed USA-themed guitar from Olaf Diegel (quite appropriate for the London-based store’s expansion to the United States).…
