Yesterday, the Ice Bucket Challenge continued in the 3D printing universe when CEO of Mcor, Conor MacCormack, called out three more players in the industry to join in. While we’re still waiting for Avi Reichental, CEO of 3D Systems, and Scott Crump, founder of Stratasys, a third party invited to raise awareness for ALS and donate money to its research did his part. Namely, Jason Lopes, Lead Systems Engineer for the Hollywood FX firm known for its affinity for 3D scanning and 3D printing, Legacy Effects, who performed the Ice Bucket Challenge.
